Mabel Campbell

Mabel Campbell of Covington, passed away Wednesday, July 18, 2018, at the age of 82. Mrs. Campbell was always full of life and fun to be around. She looked forward to every new day and never acted her age - always playing around with everyone. Mrs. Campbell enjoyed writing, gospel music, traveling and going to the beach. She adored her family and spending time with her sisters. Mrs. Campbell also shared a special bond with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Ray Anderson; son, Phillip Ray Anderson; grandson, Justin Suttles; parents, Frances and Carl Pickens.

Survivors include her loving husband, Millard Henry "Bud" Campbell; daughters and sons-in-law, April and Billy Suttles, Stacey Carmack, Janice and Frank Schick; son and daughter-in-law, Tim and Denise Anderson; grandchildren, Tiffany and Paul Ogden, Madison Suttles, Jason and Kacie Lindsey, Joe Schick, Matthew Schick, Lauren Anderson, Blake Anderson, Austin Anderson, Alexis Anderson; as well as great-grandchildren, Ryleigh Ogden, Raegan Ogden, Skyler Lindsey, Madison Lindsey, Logan Lindsey, Carter Lindsey.

A Funeral Service for Mrs. Campbell will be held Saturday, July 21, 2018, 1:00 P.M, at Stewart Baptist Church, 158 Stewart Road, in Covington, with Pastor Scott Suttles officiating. Mrs. Campbell will lie in state, prior to her service, from 12:00 Noon - 1:00 P.M. Interment will follow in Stewart Baptist Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, Friday, July 20, from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M.
