Margaret Virginia (Few) Hardeman

Access RoadMargaret Virginia (Few) Hardeman of Jackson, passed away April 1, 2011, at the age of 94. She was an excellent cook, enjoyed baking, and loved flowers. Mrs. Hardeman was a loving, caring and devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, and friend to many. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Hughie Hardeman; daughter, Robyn Curry; son, Joel Hardeman; and her parents, Andrew Jackson and Maggie Mae (Autry) Few.Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Andrea and Cecil Mitchell of Buckhead, Wanda and David Elder of Jackson; son and daughter-in-law, Roger and Mona Hardeman of McDonough; 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services for Mrs. Hardeman will be held Monday, April 4, 2011, 2:00 PM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Rd., with Rev. Chuck Dyer officiating, and interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Sunday, April 3, from 5-9 PM.
