Margaret Moreland

Margaret Moreland of Conyers, passed away September 19, 2017, at 74 years of age. Mrs. Moreland attended Belmont Baptist Church and was retired from Bank of America where she worked as a loan officer. She adored her family and delighted in socializing with loved ones and friends as often as possible. Mrs. Moreland also enjoyed cooking. Preceding her in death were her parents, Vanicious Laverne and Virginia (Tedder) McLendon.

Survivors include her husband, Stan Watson of Conyers; sons and daughter-in-law, Heath and Gina Moreland of Lawrenceville, Van Moreland of Demorest, GA; grandson, Christian Moreland of Conyers; daughter-in-law, Edie Bone of Conyers.

A Memorial Service for Mrs. Moreland will be held Saturday, September 23, 2017, 3:00 PM, at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Pastor Nolan Jackson officiating. Friends may visit with her family, at the funeral home, two hours prior to her service, from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM. Flowers are accepted, or donations may be made in Mrs. Moreland's memory to the American Cancer Society, 105 Westpark Drive, Suite C, Athens, GA 31145.
