Marty Kindle of Covington passed away May 18, 2016, at the age of 35. A very charismatic man with a wonderful sense of humor, he was well known for giving nicknames to everyone. Marty was very hard-working, never met a stranger and would help anyone in need. Devoted to his children, he enjoyed attending their sporting events and especially loved to coach the girls' softball team. Marty was a loving husband, father, son, brother and uncle, he will surely be missed by all who knew and loved him. Preceding him in death were his parents, P.J. and Phyllis Kindle.

Survivors include his wife, Shannon Kindle of Covington; daughters, Karlee Kindle, Kensley Kindle; son, Tyler Kindle; as well as numerous brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Funeral Services for Marty will be held Tuesday, May 24, 2016, 2:00 PM, at the Chapel Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road in Covington with Pastor Junior Harrison officiating and interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park. Friends may join the family for visitation at the funeral home Sunday, May 22, from 5:00 - 8:00 PM and Monday, May 23, from 5:00 - 8:00 PM.
