Maudell Ruthie Whisnant of Covington, passed away August 8, 2011, at Westbury Health and Rehabilitation Center in Conyers. She was 88 years old at the time of her death.
Mrs. Whisnant is survived by daughters, Martha Lou Cobb of Oxford, Jackie Lester and Evelyn Patton, both of Covington; sons, Bobby Whisnant of Covington, Dean Whisnant of Demorest, Tim Whisnant of Covington, and Ronnie Whisnant of Oxford. She was preceded in death by her parents Wilburn and Martha (Motes) Lee.
A Memorial Service for Mrs. Whisnant will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, August 13, 2011 at the Access Road Chapel of Caldwell and Cowan Funeral Home with Pastor Roger True and Pastor Ralph Romans officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Saturday, August 13, 2011, from 10 - 11 A.M. In lieu of flowers donations may be made toward funeral expenses
