Michael (Tim) Harris

Access RoadMichael (Tim) Harris, of Oxford, passed away March 14, 2010, at Athens Regional Hospital and went home to meet his Lord and Savior. He graduated from Loganville High School in 1975, and was self-employed. His life centered on his love for God and his family. Mr. Harris was preceded in death by his father, Norman Harris. Survivors include son, Shaun Harris of Loganville; daughter, Lainey Harris of Covington; grandson, Garrett Harris of Loganville; mother and step-father, Wellovee and Eddie Willis of Oxford; sister and brother-in-law, Denise and Steve Ellison of Oxford; brother, Mark Harris of Oxford; several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles. Funeral services for Mr. Harris will be held on Thursday, March 18, 2:00 PM, at the chapel of Caldwell & Cowan, 1215 Access Road, with Minister Don Hardison officiating and interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, March 17, from 6-8 PM.
