Michael Hedrick

Michael Hedrick, 63, of Covington, passed away January 13, 2020. Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, he attended Ohio State University where he received his Bachelor of Arts in History. A true Buckeye, he remained an avid fan his entire life. In 1993, Michael moved to Newton County and began working for Bank of America, previously BankSouth and NationsBank, before transitioning to BPG Inspections in 2001. His appreciation for history was apparent to all, and he particularly relished in the reading and studying of American History and enjoyed taking road trips across the United States. Preceding him in death was his mother, Mary Lou (Fullen) Hedrick.

Left to cherish the memories created are his father, Samuel Hedrick; brother and sister-in-law, Jeff and Karen Hedrick; and his best friend, Antonio Little.

A Graveside Service to honor a life well lived will be held Saturday, January 18, 2020, 2 PM, at Pine Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery, 657 Old Monticello Road NW, in Milledgeville, with Pastor Tony Howeth officiating.
