Mike Stovall

Access RoadMike Stovall of Covington, passed away June 22, 2012, at the age of 56. Mike was a graduate of the University of Southern California where he played football during his college career. He was always an avid USC fan, and also enjoyed playing golf and cooking. Mike coached baseball, football, and other recreational sports in Gwinnett County. He loved his family, and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his father, Ernice Stovall, Jr.Survivors include his wife, Dolores A. Stovall; children, Sean Stovall of Gwinnett County, Joshua Courtz of Missouri, Ashley Amerson of Covington, Amanda Nakano of Gwinnett County; mother, Doris Stovall; brother, William Stovall, both of Snellville.A Memorial Service for Mike will be Monday, June 25, 2012, 2:00 PM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Pastor Adam Cooper officiating. The family will receive friends, at the funeral home, following the memorial service.
