Monty Alexander Miller

Floyd StreetMonty Alexander Miller of Covington, passed away July 3, 2011, at the age of 43. He enjoyed fishing, repairing and painting cars and motorcycles, going to the races, and riding out in the country roads with family. He was a loving and devoted son, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend to many. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Franklin Miller, Sr., and his brother, Robert Franklin Miller, Jr.Survivors include his mother and step-father, Essie Mae and Charlie Coady of Covington; son, Michael Robert Miller of Acworth, daughters, Amber Nicole Billings, Iesha Ann Billings, both of Covington; granddaughter, Delilah Kay Nicole Smith of Covington; sister and brother-in-law, Angie and William Rosales of Loganville; several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.Funeral Services for Monty will be held Thursday, July 7, 2011, 2:00 PM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 3134 Floyd Street, with Eric Winders and Tiny Terrell officiating, and interment following in Porterdale Baptist Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Wednesday, July 6, from 5-9 PM.
