Patricia Gail Bennett

Patricia Gail Bennett, of Madison, passed away Sunday, April 28, 2024, at the age of 68. Mrs. Bennett, affectionately known as “Gigi” made sure that her family was the most important part of her life. She enjoyed hosting family gatherings and shopping for her grandchildren. Mrs. Bennett enjoyed going to the beach, attending concerts, dancing, and watching the Braves. She was a social butterfly and liked hanging out with her friends and riding around on her golf cart. In addition, Mrs. Bennett had a special place in her heart for her dogs, Toby and Mickey, whom she loved so much. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mama Lewis; brother, Bill Lewis; and uncle, Jimmy (Unk) Smith.

Survivors include her loving husband of 43 years, Chuck Bennett; daughter, Lori Arnold (Andy); son, Nick Bennett (Jessica); grandchildren, Madison Arnold, Charlie Arnold, Palmer Bennett, Henley Bennett; brother, Dwight Lewis (Pat); as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

A Graveside Service for Mrs. Bennett will be held Saturday, May 4, 2024, 10:30 A.M., at Lawnwood Memorial Park, 1111 Access Road, in Covington, with Gary Allbritten officiating. Friends are invited to visit with the family at the graveside on Saturday, from 10:00 – 10:30 A.M.
