Floyd StreetPatsy Chandler of Monroe, passed away March 25, 2010, at the age of 63. Mrs. Chandler loved her family, especially her grandchildren, and dearly enjoyed being with them. She was preceded in death by her son, James Bruce Barker; step-son, Charles Chandler; and her parents, Clifford and Minnie Lou (Brown) Cagle. Survivors include her husband, John Emory Chandler of Monroe; son and daughter-in-law, Alan and Tiffany Rutledge of Monroe; step-daughter, Bridgett, and her husband, Doyle; step-son, Steve Chandler, all of GA; sister, Agnes Smallwood of Stockbridge; sister-in-law, Marilyn (Robert) Young of Lithonia; brothers and sister-in-law, Randolph Cagle of Cummings, Robert and Peggy Dean of Covington; brothers-in-law, Wilson Jackson of Covington, Raymond Chandler; grandchildren, Lee Rutledge, Ashley Rutledge. Funeral Services for Mrs. Chandler will be held Saturday, March 27, 2010, 2 PM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 3134 Floyd Street, with Pastor Raymond Hardy officiating, and interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Friday, March 26, from 5-8 PM.
