Phillip Ray Anderson

Phillip Ray Anderson of Covington, passed away Wednesday, April 1, 2015, at the age of 52. Phillip enjoyed sightseeing, making salsa, hunting and spending time on the lake fishing. He was a jovial man who never met a stranger. He cherished his family dearly and loved to spend time joking with them. Phillip was preceded in death by his father, Donald Ray Anderson.

Survivors include his wife, Sharon Anderson; daughter, Sarah Jessica Dunn; mother and step-father, Mabel and Bud Campbell, all of Covington; sisters and brothers-in-law, April and Billy Suttles, Stacey Carmack, all of Covington, Janice and Frank Schick of Columbia, MD; brother and sister-in-law, Tim and Denise Anderson of Covington; as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services for Phillip will be held Saturday, April 4, 2015, 11:00 AM, at Stewart Baptist Church, 158 Stewart Church Road, in Covington, with Pastor Scott Suttles officiating and interment following in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, Covington, Friday, April 3, from 6:00 - 9:00 PM.
