Ralph Thomas Bell

Ralph Thomas Bell, of Covington, passed away Thursday, October 3, 2024, at the age of 75. Mr. Bell enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, fishing, and gardening. He also enjoyed cooking and making biscuits, and reading a good book. Mr. Bell loved his family dearly and will be missed by all. He was preceded in death by his wife, Gail Bell; parents, Carlton and Elizabeth Bell; children, Marsha Deerman, and Scott Bell. 

Survivors include his daughter, Michele “Miki” Ivey; 4 brothers; 5 sisters; grandchildren, Brittany Bunn, Mason Bunn, Heather Deerman, Holly Deerman, Dylan Bell, Tristan Bell; great-grandchildren, Caleb Merritt, Sofia Botello, Tre Shakoor, Legend Shakoor, Jasmine Deerman, Malik Deerman, Fletcher Bell; and niece, Keri Ann Koehler, who helped as his caregiver during his final days along with his brother, JW.  

A Funeral Service for Mr. Bell will be held Sunday, October 6, 2024, 12 Noon, at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington. Friends are invited to visit with the family at the funeral home two hours prior to his service, from 10:00 A.M. – 12 Noon.
