Randy Murlton Spiva

Randy Murlton Spiva, of Conyers, passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2022, at the age of 55. Randy was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, especially trout. In addition, Randy went camping in his spare time, frequenting his favorite campsite in Ellijay often. He took great pride in building and repairing cars. Randy liked to smoke meat for his family to enjoy. He adored his loving wife and cherished spending time with his boys. Randy was preceded in death by his father, Claude Spiva; maternal grandparents, Hayden and Buelah Teems; and paternal grandparents, Don McMillan and Sarah Spiva.

He is survived by his wife, Allison Spiva; children, Hayden Spiva, Andrew Sanders; mother, Peggy Spiva; sister and brother-in-law, Denise and Rudy Beam; niece, Sammy Jean; nephews, Rodney Beam, Roberto Mulkey; and other loving family members and friends.

A Funeral Service for Randy will be held Saturday, August 13, 2022, 3:00 P.M., at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Rev. Richard Culpepper officiating. Friends are invited to visit with the family at the funeral home two hours prior to his service from 1:00 – 3:00 P.M.
