Reginald Cyrus Helms

Reginald Cyrus Helms, of Mansfield, passed away Thursday, February 3, 2022, at the age of 66. Mr. Helms enjoyed camping, especially in Tennessee and Hiawassee, Georgia. In his spare time, he loved to go fishing. Mr. Helms was a great cook, master on the grill, and grilled the best streak. Additionally, he considered himself a professional driver and always took the opportunity to critique another’s driving skills any chance he got one. Mr. Helms cherished his friends and family dearly. He was preceded in death by his mother, Geraldine Foster; and father, Cyrus Vance Helms.

Mr. Helms is survived by his wife, Inger Elizabeth Helms; daughters, Brandy Couch (Randy), Ashley Hubbard (John); sons, Mitch Helms, Andy Stewart, Jonathan Stewart (Katherine); sisters, Dianne Rithmire, Angie Kennedy (Biggie); 11 grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncle, and cousin.

Friends are invited to meet with the family on Sunday, February 6, 2022, at the Helms Residence from 2:00 – 4:00 P.M.
