Rex Dale Stutchman, Sr.

Rex Dale Stutchman, Sr., Conyers, passed away Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at the age of 90. Mr. Stutchman proudly served his country in the United States Army and was a Korean War Veteran. A dedicated employee, he worked for Georgia Power for 40 plus years before retiring. Mr. Stutchman was an accomplished musician on both saxophone and clarinet. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, making knives, and training bird dogs. Mr. Stutchman was a great athlete and machinist who could make anything out of metal and enjoyed working in his yard. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Carolyn Stutchman; daughter, Brenda Kay Andrews; granddaughter-in-law, Lari Stutchman; parents, Sirus and Malley Stutchman.

Survivors include his son, Dale Stutchman, Jr. (Brenda); grandchildren, Rex Stutchman, III, Amanda Daniels (Wayne), Danny Bennett (Crystal); great-grandchildren, Kimberly Ralston (Jonathan), Wyatt Daniels, Danny Bennett, Jr., Shelby Bennett, Tyler Stutchman, Alexis Daniels; great-great-grandchild, Jaxson Ralston

A Memorial Service for Mr. Stutchman will be held at a later date.
