Rickey Maddox

Access RoadRickey Maddox of Covington, passed away March 6, 2011, at the age of 55. He worked at Georgia Duck for 25 years, before his current position as a butcher at Food Depot. He loved the outdoors, enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, and was an avid deer hunter and fisherman. Mr. Maddox was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Lester and Sarah (Railey) Maddox. Survivors include his wife, Brenda Maddox; daughter, Sarah Maddox, both of Porterdale; sister, Sue Wilbanks of Covington; brothers and sister-in-law, Pat Maddox, Sherry and Eloise Maddox, all of LaGrange; girlfriend, Anita Johnson of Covington; several nieces and nephews.A Memorial Service for Mr. Maddox will be held Sunday, March 13, 2011, 2:00 PM, at the Access Road Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Sunday, from 12-2 PM.
