Samuel Larry Henry

Samuel Larry Henry of Seale, AL, passed away May 15, 2017, at 70 years of age. A veteran of both the U.S. Army and Navy, he served in Vietnam for two years. Mr. Henry enjoyed reading and motorcycles, but especially cherished his family and the time he spent with them. His special friend was his Jack Russel, Bobo. Mr. Henry was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Henry; son, Chris Henry; parents, Johnny C. Henry and Imogene (Ivy) Cheek; and brothers, Johnny Henry, Jr., Michael Strickland, Stephen Strickland. Survivors include his daughter, Constance "Raye" Henry; sister, Judy Bowman; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

A Cryptside Service, with Military Honors, will be held Saturday, May 20, 2017, 2:00 PM, at Memory Chapel Mausoleum in Lawnwood Memorial Park, 1111 Access Road, in Covington, with Pastor Ralph Roman officiating.
