Sandra Reid

Sandra Reid, of Covington, passed away Tuesday, November 26, 2019, at 61 years of age. To those closest to Sandra, she was known for having a spirited demeanor and a penchant for keeping her things in order. Going out for a meal was how she liked to socialize with family. It was a time for fellowship and getting caught-up on the latest news. Sandra also enjoyed relaxing at home while watching old TV shows - her two favorites, "I Love Lucy" and "The Andy Griffith Show". She was preceded in death by her parents, George Thomas and Flora Mae Reid; sisters, Geneva Davis, Shirley Sharpton; brothers, Tom Reid, Jerry Reid, Allen Reid, Daniel Reid; as well as sisters-in-law, Ann Reid, Terry Reid.

Left to hold her memory close in their hearts are her sister, Barbara Pittman; brothers and sisters-in-law, Ricky and Betty Reid, Billy Reid, Ronnie and Lisa Reid; several nieces and nephews; as well as her beloved church family.

A Funeral Service for Sandra will be held Friday, November 29, 3:00 P.M., at The Baptist Tabernacle, 10119 Access Road, in Covington, with Dr. David C. Moody officiating and interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park, Covington. Friends are invited to visit with the family at the church, two hours prior to the service, from 1:00 - 3:00 P.M.
