Shirley Mcbride

Shirley McBride of Covington, passed away February 12, 2015, at the age of 74. Mrs. McBride was a dedicated employee of BellSouth, retiring after 25 years of perfect attendance. She enjoyed cooking and shopping. Shirley dearly loved animals, especially her own dogs. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl McBride; and her daughter, Wanda McBride.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Eddie and Melissa McBride of Monroe; granddaughter, Chelsea McBride; two sisters; four brothers; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services for Mrs. McBride will be held Thursday, February 19, 2015, 2:00 PM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, and interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday, two hours prior to the service, from 12:00 until 2:00 PM.
