Stephen Michael Dandois

July 26, 1946-January 12, 2024

A small service will be held Friday, January 19th, 2024 from 3-5 PM at 10050 Eagle Dr., Covington, GA 30014 in the chapel.

Stephen was born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania and grew up near Troy, PA on the farm he came to love so much. He joined the Army and served with honor in Vietnam. He met his beloved wife Patsy in Texas where they married before moving to East Keanesburg, NJ. He worked as a troubleshooter for AT&T for 40 years before retiring from the Atlanta AT&T facility.

Stephen was a loving husband,  father and sibling. He enjoyed being  with family and friends and would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it.  He loved going fishing, working on cars,  being in nature but most of all he loved reading and watching westerns. He had a wicked sense of humor and wonderful laugh. He was generous to a fault with a heart as big as the sky, always cracking jokes and chuckling at them. He never stopped hoping and dreaming.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Patsy (nee Smith), parents GF and Charlotte Dandois, sister Kathleen Dandois, brother Patrick Dandois.He is survived by his children, Sheila (Thomas) Holley, Rebecca (Chris Hanna) Dandois, Michael Dandois, Brian Dandois, brother Bart (Anne) Dandois, sisters Lucie (Keith) Boyd, Helen (Bill Hulslander) Dandois, Faith (David Spencer) Dandois, grandchildren Alana and Gavin Alley and many nieces and nephews.

He will be missed by all. Godspeed!
