Sylvia Davis

Sylvia Davis, of Conyers, passed away Sunday, December 25, 2022, at the age of 74. Mrs. Davis was a devoted member of Zion Baptist Church. Over the years she enjoyed playing the organ and piano for various churches. Mrs. Davis was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who would do anything for her family. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 52 years, Jerry Davis, Sr.; parents, Dempsey and Reba Curbow.

Survivors include her sons, Tommy Davis, Chris Davis (Lauren), Brandon Davis (Wendy); grandchildren, Cayle, Caitlin, Cooper, Belle, Benson, Baylor; as well as other loving family members.

A Funeral Service for Mrs. Davis will be held Thursday, December 29, 2022, 1:00 P.M., at Zion Baptist Church, 7037 Hwy 212, in Covington, with Rev. Steve Roach officiating and interment following in Zion Baptist Church Cemetery. Friends are invited to visit with the family at the church, two hours prior to her service, from 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Zion Baptist Church.
