Sylvia Miller

Sylvia Miller, age 72, of McDonough, passed away Saturday, September 1, 2018. Mrs. Miller was a longtime member of Zion Baptist Church, in Covington. Although she delighted in activities such as cooking, baking, sewing and traveling, her priority was spending quality time with family. Mrs. Miller's loved ones will remember her as a loving wife and a dedicated mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jose and Carmen (Bonilla) Fantauzzi.

Survivors include her devoted husband of 52 years, William "Bill" Miller; daughter and son-in-law, Tammy and Scott Turner; grandchildren, Reese, Keafer, Ian, Brianna, Kirklon, Cody; sister and brother-in-law, Lily and Barry Glasser; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jackie and Sissy Fantauzzi, Freddie and Leslie Fantauzzi; and numerous other family members.

A Celebration of Life for Mrs. Miller will be held Thursday, September 6, 2018, 2:00 P.M., at Zion Baptist Church, 7037 Highway 212 N, in Covington, with Dr. Lane Collins officiating. Friends may visit with the family at the church, one hour prior to her service, from 1:00 - 2:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Zion Baptist Church: Homebound Ministry, Spanish Ministry, or Stitching Sisters.
