Tony Lee Harris

Access RoadTony Lee Harris of Social Circle, passed away December 23, 2011, at the age of 57. Tony was a deacon and faithful member at Word of Life Tabernacle, in Covington, and was a very strong witness for the Lord. He enjoyed deer and rabbit hunting and freshwater fishing. Tony was a livestock trader, and operated a deer processing business during hunting season. He is loved, and will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Tony is preceded in death by his father, Carl Harris, Sr. Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Gloria Harris of Social Circle; sons and daughters-in-law, Lucas and Kim Harris of Covington, Kevin and Michelle Harris of Social Circle; grandchildren, Michael Harris, Tyler Harris, Dillan Harris, Kyle Harris, Nichole Harris, Kolton Harris; mother, Myrtle Harris of Oxford; brothers and sisters-in-law, Carl, Jr., and Laura Harris of Social Circle, Lamar and Carole Harris of Lithonia; several nieces and nephews.Funeral Services for Tony will be held Tuesday, December 27, 2011, 2:00 PM, at Word of Life Tabernacle, with Rev. Daniel Gissendaner and Rev. Joe Reynolds officiating, and interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday, December 26, from 12:00-2:00 PM and 6:00-9:00 PM. Flowers are accepted, or a love offering may be made to the family.
