Vickie Dubose

Vickie DuBose of Covington, passed away May 29, 2016 at the age of 62. Vickie enjoyed cooking for her family, making cakes, country and gospel music, and sitting on the front porch. She loved spending time outside and working with her flowers. Vickie always put others before herself and cherished the time she spent with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Frances Harrison; grandmother, Carrie Lou Mobley; and mother-in-law, Ileta DuBose.

Survivors include her husband, Ronnie DuBose, of Covington; children and their spouses, Michelle and Kenny Cartledge, Jameson Morgan, Brian Morgan, all of Covington, Robin and Brandon McDonald of Porterdale, Barry and Susan DuBose of Covington; grandchildren, Kayla, Brittany, Noah Cartledge; Layla Morgan; Presley, Brandy and Adam McDonald; great-granddaughter, Briella McDonald; sister, Gail Willard of Porterdale; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jimmy and Tammy Harrison of Covington, Ricky and Euvonda Harrison of Oxford; as well as several nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service for Vickie will be held Thursday, June 2, 2016, 11:00 AM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, in Covington, with Pastor Tony Howeth officiating. Interment will follow in Lawnwood Memorial Park. Friends may join the family for visitation Wednesday, June 1, from 7:00 - 9:00 PM.
