Violet Brimingham

Access RoadViolet Brimingham of Covington, went to be with the Lord July 5, 2011, at the age of 68. Sister Brimingham was a faithful member of Higher Praise Tabernacle where she loved to worship the Lord. She enjoyed sewing, fishing, and spending time with her grandchildren and watching them grow. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard O'Neal and Lillie Evergreen (Colquit) Stevens.Survivors include her loving husband, Elder Troy Brimingham of Covington; sons and daughters-in-law, Anthony Troy and Stacy Rene Brimingham of Covington, Jason and Felicia Brimingham of Lebanon, TN; step-daughter, Nora Lurz, and her husband, Jeff of Delta, PA; step-son, David Ray Tallis of Ohio; 5 Grandchildren; sister, Beneta Stevens of Navare, FL; brothers, O'Neal Stevens, Denford Stevens, both of Boaz, AL.Funeral Services for Sister Brimingham will be held Thursday, July 7, 2011, 2:00 PM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, with Pastor Kenneth Morrell officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday, July 6, from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM.
