Walter Williams, Jr.

Walter Williams, Jr., of Loganville, passed away Friday, January 15, 2021, at the age of 88. Mr. Williams was a Georgia native and lived in Loganville and neighboring counties since 1979. He loved the Lord and his faith was his armor. As an active member of Belmont Baptist Church, Mr. Williams served as the head usher and treasurer. He was a great provider and earned a living writing electronic technical repair manuals for several different companies. Mr. Williams will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.

Those who will cherish the memory of Mr. Williams are his loving wife of 46 years, Mary R. Williams; children, Mike Urso, Sandy Derkson, Phillip Williams, Greg Williams, David Urso, Karen Williams, Brian Williams; as well as his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life for Mr. Williams will be held Wednesday, January 20, 2021, 1:00 P.M., at Belmont Baptist Church, 3275 Iris Drive, in Conyers, with Pastor Nolan Jackson officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Belmont Baptist.
