Ximena Coady

Ximena Coady of Covington passed away January 1, 2014, at the age of 89. Mrs. Coady enjoyed being outdoors and working in her garden. She loved her family dearly, and enjoyed cooking and spending time with them. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Edward Coady; and her parents, Ed Andrew and Clara Belle (Mason) Stokes.

Survivors include her daughter, Sandra Bramblett of Conyers; son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Kim Coady of Covington; grandchildren, Jonathan and April Bramblett of Monroe, Erin and Chris Kinard, Will and Kelly Coady, all of Covington; great-grandchildren, Lane Bramblett, Riley Bramblett, Abby Castellana, Justin Kinard, Collin Ross Kinard, Gracyn Kinard; sisters, Shirley Cody, Joyce Bourne of Conyers; several nieces and nephews; and her caregivers, Norma Amerson and Sherry Wilkins.

A Graveside Service for Mrs. Coady will be held Saturday, January 4, 2014, 2:00 PM, at Lawnwood Memorial Park, with Rev. J. Clifton Brown officiating. The family will receive friends at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 3134 Floyd Street, in Covington, Friday, January 3, from 5:00 - 7:00 PM.
